Thank you and the DMSE Children’s Fitness foundation for showing our students at the John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Jamaica Plain a phenomenal time with Running In Places (RIP). The RIP field trip to UMass was amazing from start to finish. It was definitely a learning experience that our students will never forget. The staff at UMass was awesome. You made our kids feel really special. Thank you.  Our students learned so much that day. The DMSE Children’s Fitness Foundation is an amazing organization of which I’m proud to be a part. I would recommend Running In Places to any school that is serious about using unique learning experiences to teach children the value of physical fitness. Once again, thank you for the amazing experiences you showed our students.

I can’t wait for the next adventure!

We loved having Running In Places visit GoKids Boston and tour U Mass Boston in Spring 2010. The kids had a great time experiencing fun physical activity and getting to know their local, public university. We look forward to the day when the RIP kids show up as students at U Mass Boston!

The DMSE Foundation’s Running in Places program offers a wonderful opportunity for students to see the connection between strong bodies and strong minds.  It incorporates interesting educational opportunities with physical fitness, providing hands on learning activities and experiences.  Running in Places allowed our students to be active and engaged learners in a new way!
